El Barça visita este jueves (19.00 horas, Día) al Real Madrid, con motivo de la jornada 21 de la Euroliga. El Clásico viene con un ingrediente adicional interesante, y es que enfrenta a dos de los cuatro colíderes de la competencia, empatados en 13 victorias y 7 derrotas, en el Wizink Center.
El Madrid no pierde en casa en competición europea desde el 8 de diciembre, ante el Mónaco, mientras que la semana pasada sufrió una derrota en el Olympiacos (73-60). Los hombres más destacados en el equipo de Chus Mateo son Dzanan Musa (15,2 puntos por partido), Gabriel Deck (12,4 puntos y 5,9 rebotes por partido) y Walter Tavares (11,2 puntos y 7,2 rebotes por partido). Habría que considerar otros nombres como Sergio Llull, Mario Hezonja o Guerschon Yabusele.
El último Clásico en el Wizink Center, disputado el 2 de enero y correspondiente a la Liga Endesa, acabó con victoria del Barça (78-87). El Barça también ganó, en el Palau, el encuentro de la primera vuelta de la Euroliga (75-73).
Por su parte, el Barça entra en juego tras firmar una contundente victoria en el Cazoo Baskonia (78-85) en el último partido europeo. Además, los blaugranas han sumado tres victorias seguidas como visitantes de la Euroliga.
El técnico del Barcelona, Sarunas Jasikevicius, dispone de toda la plantilla, con la única excepción del lesionado de larga duración Sergi Martínez.
